Infinite Immigration Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full time permanent position with our client in Regina. Our client is a rapid growing company with a great reputation. Job Duties
Assist Project Managers and Estimators in preparing, keying in, editing, and proofreading documentation, invoices, presentations, and correspondence required to accurately submit tender responses and effectively manage construction projects,
Create, organize, and archive project files,
Greet clients, tenants, and customers,
Open and distribute incoming emails and co-ordinate the flow of information internally with other departments and organizations,
Order office supplies and maintain inventory,
Answer enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages,
Record and prepare minutes of meetings,
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations,
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Ensure common areas are organized and kept tidy.
Business Skills / Experience Required
Min 1 yr of administrative exp,
Post-secondary education in business admin is an asset,
Strong work ethic and dedicated to providing outstanding client service,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Proficient with MS Office and competencies in Adobe series software will be considered an asset,
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task,
Excellent inter-personal skills
