The Metis Addictions Council of Saskatchewan Inc., better known as MACSI, is a non-profit community based provincial organization that has a long history of serving the people of Saskatchewan for over 45 years. MACSI operates three facilities throughout the province of Saskatchewan with locations in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Regina.

We provide a wide range of addiction services available to all people of our province seeking a path to recovery. MACSI offers individualized treatment, hope, and empowerment through inpatient treatment, outpatient services, drop-in day programming, stabilization and community field work for youth and adults.

Our mission is to empower individuals to make healthy choices in our communities through a continuum of addiction services, including education, treatment and aftercare to restore a balanced, harmonious and productive lifestyle.
The Assistant Regional Director manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources in the Saskatoon Treatment Facility. The Assistant Regional Director carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll, petty cash, scheduling, benefits, orientation, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development in Saskatoon.
