The Job coach will provide training and guidance to clients regarding job requirements, duties and performance in training and employment situations.
Duties inlcude
Providing on-the-job training for clients, including direct instruction on the performance of job duties in the work environment, using task analysis and knowledge of the client's learning style.
Completing ongoing evaluations of job placement performance through client and employer interviews and on-site observation
Devising interventions, when necessary, to assist in improving job performance and job retention.
Facilitating co-worker relations and encouraging natural supports within the work environment.
Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills, valid driver's license, criminal record and vulnerable sector check required
Must have evening and weekend availability
