The Parts Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and experienced team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Agriculture Equipment Industry, the drive to provide excellent customer service, and provide leadership & coaching experience within the team.

The Role:

Building a dynamic department by educating and coaching the Parts Department
Leading the team in providing excellent customer service & satisfaction
Working with other department managers to best serve the needs of our customers
Efficiently and effectively lead the Parts Department by maintaining and building our client base
The Ideal Candidate:

A passion for Agriculture
Journeyman status as Parts Technician is preferred but suitable experience may be considered
3-5 years experience in a management role within a Parts Department
