INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is recruiting on behalf of an employer
Job duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Supervise food staff ensuring that they successfully carry out their job roles and responsibilities
Prepare schedules and assigns tasks for cooks, kitchen aids, help, servers and other food workers
Tailor food preparation for people who have food allergies and specific food concern
Food quality control should be met at all times
Estimate quantity of food and supply based on previous experiences for food service operations
Ensure stock levels are enough and manages the growth of sales
Act as the main contact for customers complaint and concern. Resolve problems and turns potentially negative situations into positive situations
Assess staff knowledge in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures and train accordingly


Requirements:

Several years of experience in food service industry preferably in the supervisor role
Strong read, write and communication skills in English
Can work in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure.
