Job Description: The Nurse Educator provides development initiatives and leadership in these spheres of nursing: clinical practice, education, research and quality improvement.

The position reports to the Nursing Unit Manager of the specified Nursing Unit. The incumbent is self-directed and requires minimum supervision.
Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Minimum 3 years current experience in hemodialysis is required.
Current certification in hemodialysis.
Ability to flex hours. May be required to work evenings and weekends.

224 hours in 6 weeks rotation.
