The Transactions agent is responsible for all transactions related activities from Western Canada PEAK advisors and ensures all financial and non-financial transactions are processed in a timely manner. The position holder will be in contact with Western Canada PEAK Advisors and must provide an efficient and professional service at all times. More specifically, this position encompasses:

    Ensures all transactions with respect to client accounts are processed accurately and efficiently according to service, industry and regulatory standards;
    Ensures integrity of client holdings and maintains client information in accordance with all legal & regulatory requirements;
    Maintains specific knowledge regarding Non-Registered and Registered Products (RRIFs, RRSPs, LIFs, LIRAs, TFSAs, etc.);
    Validate transactions to ensure that quality and accuracy standards are met. Process any adjustments or corrections where applicable by keeping in mind the potential financial impacts;
    Handle all Advisors, assistants, and mutual fund company service inquiries using our various systems within the pre-established time frame by providing phone or e-mail support;
    Establish a relationship of trust with the Advisors through personalized service;
    Analyze and interpret information in order to solve problems while ensuring compliance is respected at all times as well as internal policies and procedures;
    Maintain and record daily stats (volumes and backlog);
    Process imaging of documents and related functions;
    Carry out all connected tasks requested by the direct supervisor.
