Description

Westcan Services Inc. is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the following position based at our
Regina and S.E. Saskatchewan locations.
Combo Unit/Hydro-vac/Straight-vac (Operators)
Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma. (Higher education is an asset)
Valid Class 1A drivers license with a clean abstract.
Minimum 2 years experience operating one or more of the following units with Oil&Gas,
Industrial and Construction experience: Hydro-vac, Combo-vac, Vacuum Truck or Pressure Truck.
Must be a be a Courageous Safety Leader, and demonstrate a commitment to Westcan
Services and our clients Health, Safety, Environment and Transportation
policies/procedures.
Must possess the following safety certification
1. Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C
2. H2S Alive
3. Fall Protection
4. Confined Space Entry & Rescue
5. Global Ground Disturbance
The Following safety certification but not limited to is considered an asset: G.S.O., P.S.T.,
C.S.T.S., S.C.O.T., Defensive Driving, Leadership in Safety Excellence.
Mechanical aptitude.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and be a self starter while managing time and
productivity.
Must be in good health and physical condition to perform duties as assigned in various work
environments and weather conditions.
Integrity, reliability and professionalism- willing to bring the BEST YOU to work.
Available to accept after hour calls when necessary.
Ensure complete customer and client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
always. Possess the ability to think out side the box so to speak and recognise value added
services or innovative processes that Westcan Services can develop and offer to our clients or
customers.
Experience, certifications and training in other related fields such as Equipment operator,
Carpentry, Welding and Plumbing are considered assets.
