Description

Reporting directly to the Community Safety Officer the Bylaw Enforcement Officer shall be responsible for ensuring that the various bylaws and policies of the City of Meadow Lake are enforced, followed and maintained including but not limited to the following:
1.    Parking Enforcement
2.    Business Licences
3.    Dog Control
4.    Nuisance, Noise and Litter Abatement

QUALIFICATIONS
    Certification from the protection services program, or Saskatchewan courses in bylaws and inspection would be an asset
    Valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence
    Grade 12 or equivalent
    Previous bylaw enforcement experience an asset
    General computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

The hours of work (40 hours a week) will vary. The position is out of scope and remuneration will be commensurate with experience. Please provide at least 3 character references with your application.
