Permanent Part-Time (.50 FTE) position at the Yorkton Regional High School commencing Monday, January 16, 2017 or upon mutual agreement with the successful candidate.
This 10-month job-share position shall be split by working an even amount of full working days (7.5 hrs/day) and half working days (3.75 hrs/day) throughout the school year. This arrangement will be made in consultation with the job-share employees and the Principal.
Qualifications:
Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
A diploma or certificate in Office Education (or related program) or minimum one year of related post-secondary education is required, however, it may not be mandatory upon commencement of employment. The successful candidate will be required to enroll in a Board approved post-secondary course related to office education or business within six months of their permanent status. Experience as an office assistant will be considered an asset.
Competencies, Skills and Abilities include: Attention to detail and ensures work is consistently completed and accurate within expected time frames; Adapts to and works effectively within a variety of situations, and with various individuals or groups; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral); Ability to effectively create, manipulate, and utilize spreadsheets, word documents and file management; Works collaboratively with, and under the direction of, the school administration and with other school personnel on a daily basis; Works as a team player as well as independently with minimal supervision; Maintains a positive attitude towards others, their work, school and the division.

Salary is in accordance with the current CUPE Local 4784 Collective Agreement (as listed on our website)
