We are currently recruiting a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team.  This career position is a great opportunity for quality, service-minded professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service.

Technical Capabilities: This position requires someone who can:
-Perform HVAC equipment cleaning for both residential and commercial clients.
-Daily operation and maintenance of company assets, including powervac truck.
-Has a general knowledge of household HVAC equipment is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.
-Recognize workplace hazards and adhere to our safety requirements.

Customer Service: In addition to technical capabilities, the technician is also expected to be knowledgeable in providing customer service.
-Customer service first attitude and building a lasting professional relationship with customers.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Explaining services and cleaning processes to customers.
-Communicating to the office, our customer's changing needs and requests for further service.
-Interacting with all staff and customers in a professional manner.
-Developing and maintaining a high level of credibility with customers by consistently displaying competence, character, and integrity.

Requirements: A candidate for this position must:
-Be dependable and honest
-Physically fit
-Self starter
-Be able to work independently, with little supervision
-Strong team oriented interpersonal skills to maintain our status as an industry leader.
-A valid Class 5 driver's license and acceptable driving record.
-Must be able to give a criminal history background check.
