Description

Under the direction of the Head of Diagnostics, this person will perform laboratory/radiology and ECG duties for detection, prevention and management of physiological and pathological conditions. This position will work closely with all departments of the ANHH and the Health Services of the File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council to ensure/maintain a high quality of patient care.

This full time position requires Standby and Callback.  This means the successful applicant will need to be within 1/2 hour of traveling distance to All Nations' Healing Hospital during scheduled Standby.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of approved Combined Laboratory & X-Ray Technician Program
-Licensed and registered by the Saskatchewan Association of Combined Laboratory & X-Ray Technicians (SACLXT)
- Completion of Immunology (IMMU183), Cardiac Markers (CHEM 1808) and Therapeutic Drugs and Drugs of Abuse (CHEM 1807) courses are required or must be willing to complete.
- Rural hospital CLXT skills are an asset.
