We are a small friendly established construction and property management company looking for an energetic administrative coordinator. This is a varied role with responsibilities which include customer service, dictation, filing, managing all incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, email, fax, walk ins). We need someone who is reliable, flexible, organized, has excellent communication skills and can multi-task.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm.
Wages are to be discussed at interview.
