SuperiorRoads Solutions and Rite Way Mfg. Co. are growing and innovative companies, manufacturing farm and industrial equipment for markets around the world. We currently have an opening for a mechanical technician in our research and development department.

As an R&D technician, you will work closely with the engineering department to fabricate and assemble prototypes of new equipment, or to make improvements and modifications to existing products. To be effective in this role, you must be highly versatile and have a wide variety of skills. A background in mechanics with some knowledge of machining, fabricating, welding and hydraulics is required.

You will thrive in a small team environment, and will work equally well on your own. You will be an excellent problem solver and a self starter.
