North Shore Outfitters is the Saskatchewan front runner in lifestyle branded clothing. We are an established leader, that pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We are currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for achieving targeted sales and supporting the store manager. Customers are our #1 priority, and it is the job of the assistant manager to ensure they have positive shopping experience. You will also provide support and training to other team members while creating a fun environment to work in. Training will be provided in all aspects of the store.
Qualifications:
- Able to commit to Full Time employment for at least 1 year
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Must have retail experience
- Organized with excellent planning skills
- Computer Literate
- Strong communication skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to problem solve and complete tasks from start to finish
- Strong leadership and take charge attitude
