Education
-Office education/post secondary training in the human service field.
-At least 2-3 years experience in an administrative environment.
-Experience & or the ability to work with at risk youth.
-An understanding of First Nations issues and commitment to First Nation people.
Knowledge:
-Knowledge of the Residential Services
-Knowledge of First Nations Culture, values, & traditions
-Knowledge of the Indian Child & Family Services

Main Duties:
The Assistant Unit Manager in conjunction with the Unit Manager will coordinate and supervise the day to day operations of the 4DCFS Inc. Martha Cachenes Home for Youth in Regina
