Position: Manager, Popeyes Regina

Opportunity:

Popeyes is searching for a full-time manager for our two Regina locations. Popeyes Supplements is one of the largest and most trusted names in the health and nutrition game, with over 125 locations across the country. We pride ourselves in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and the product knowledge they need to reach their goals.

We are looking for someone who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, lead and train employees, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. We are searching for someone with management experience who lives and breathes sports nutrition.

Responsibilities:

    Assisting store owner to achieve sales goals
    Providing insight and input of business and industry to store owner
    Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training and development
    Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
    Effective management of time and prioritizing tasks to meet store goals
    Supervision of Popeyes Regina social media presence
    Providing product knowledge and expertise to new and existing staff
    Execution of day-to-day opening and closing procedures
    Maintain communication between both stores

Requirements:

    Experience in a management role
    Achievement in sales
    Knowledge of sports nutrition, fitness and passion for the industry
    Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends
    Leadership and self-motivation
    Written and verbal communication abilities
    Ability to motivate and coach
