Warman Childcare Centre is looking for an Assistant Director position who will take the Director's position when she goes on a maternity leave.
The Director of Warman Childcare Centre is responsible for effectively providing exceptional client service that requires intimate knowledge of the Centres programs and services.  This position is responsible for the effective and efficient management, supervision, strategic planning, quality of the  programs and services, information promotional materials, walk in inquiries, tours of the Centre, parent orientation & intake, referrals, personnel supervision/reviews & evaluations. Some record keeping responsibilities will be included. The Centre Director will follow the annual budget and monitor the success of the Programs and Services.  Work collaboratively & cooperatively with the Board of Directors, other senior staff, perform office administrative duties and compile monthly reports and statistics. All other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

The applicant must have:
-Early Childhood Education Diploma or Level 3 equivalency
-First Aid/ CPR C
-Clean Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector.
