Job Purpose
The Market Manager leads efforts in product and market development, including product enhancements, program design and strategies, product launches and advertising initiatives. This role determines the business case for assigned products in collaboration with other units; through review and analysis of market data focusing on target segments, market opportunity, product design, and product enhancements. Coordinates all product suite-related training, communications, operations, and support. Researches market conditions and provides forecasting for product penetration and manages product life cycles.

Working Conditions
In delivering seamless member experience, this job may require travel between locations and work outside of regular business hours.  Other duties will be assigned outside the stated job purpose and key elements of work established for this job to ensure we are flexible and agile, providing cohesive member experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in a related field plus five years of progressively more responsible Marketing roles, preferably within the Canadian financial services industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
- Demonstrated ability to manage market and product development from strategy through to launch.
- Project management experience is an asset.
