Victoria Pulse Trading Corp. is looking for a qualified applicant for the role of facility operator for its seed plant operation. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Be able to work with Farmers and the farming community.
Understand grain cleaning equipment and grain flow process.
Know what the equipment in the plant is capable of, to ensure standards are met.
The job details include running this plant on a day to day basis and ensuring production targets are met.
Maintenance of the plant. Troubleshooting and repairs that are needed.
Running of loaders, forklifts, skid steers etc to help with the maintenance and cleaning of bagging plant.
Willing to work day and night shift.
Valid drivers license
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Know how to use tools to fix machine components
Ensure plant yard and equipment are being maintained and serviced properly.
Ensure samples and records are being kept for all product being received, processed and shipped.
Respond to emergencies
Understand Health Safety procedures.

- Maintain shift log of production and other data
- Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
