The Mysask411 team is seeking a highly motivated, innovative leader with excellence interpersonal skills to join their team. The Digital Operations & Logistics Manager is accountable for managing all aspects of digital partner dependent products and services to meet our short and long term business objectives; including: video, measured leads program, web/mobile, social, and analytics. This position will establish a solid understanding of internal and external (dependent) workflow procedures while effectively managing partner engagement including: contract renewals, monitoring of vendor performance to contract requirements and expectations to deliver optimal results and provide excellent support in all aspects of the relationship.
Qualifications for this position include:
1.University Degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a minimum of 2-4 years of direct work experience in a responsible Sales/Customer Service/Vendor Relations role. Management experience will be preferred.
2.Highly professional with established relationship building and previous partner relationship experiences and/or working with third parties.
3.Demonstrated success and a proven track record in managing multiple priorities and initiatives under significant pressure within budget, tight timelines and resources.
