Our client is looking for a Director with a great personality that can lead their Sales and Marketing Team.  

Please note that this role is located in North Battleford, SK and client will pay for the relocation expenses.

You should be confident, enthusiastic, and relationship focused.


Responsibilities:
-Effectively manage the sales and marketing activities and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through management of sales personnel.
-Successfully develop strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings
-Manage the sales and marketing activities, such as radio, tv, newspaper and brochure ads  
-Ensure sales and marketing staff have cooperative relationships with customers

Qualifications:
-Degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
-Experience in managing people within a sales or marketing environment
-Proven successful sales/marketing experience
-Excellent public relations skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience in a water-related industry would be an asset
