Cap It, the newest Member of the Key Auto Group,  is seeking out a Manager to operate its new facility in Yorkton.  Cap It is an automotive specialty equipment retail store catering to the pick-up truck, sport utility vehicle, cross-over utility vehicle, car, and van market.  

Responsibilities:

    Responsible for monitoring budget in the area of Sales, Margin and expense.
    Ensure that the company goals in the area of profit are achieved.
    Customer service standards are met or exceeded by all employees.
    Staff Scheduling  Ensure posted and staff resources utilized properly.
    Showroom is maintained to Cap-its standards in the areas of cleanliness, presentation and appropriate products are displayed.
    Monitor and maintain the highest standards in the installation of all our products.
    Inventory Management  Monitor sales of product and ensure that A moving products are in stock at all times.
    Ensure that cash is reconciled daily and bank deposits are made daily.
    Staff presentation and dress code standards are met or exceeded.
    Follow and implement all activities and standards in the Best Practices Manual.
