FCL invites applications for the position of Energy Systems Analyst in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Energy Systems Analyst will represent the Energy Products Department and participate in the development of new energy technology systems for FCL Energy and retail co-ops. They will be required to develop a strong understanding of current FCL and retail petroleum systems, operations, and initiatives. They will develop an understanding of how existing systems function to ensure replacement programs are efficiently and effectively executed. With guidance from IT and other stakeholders assist in guiding, planning, and executing on the Energy/IT roadmap. In the process of reviewing new and existing systems the incumbent will document all business requirements and discuss weaknesses or recommendations with the Energy Business Analysis Manager to understand the risk and impact. The Energy Systems Analyst will also perform support work on new system implementation projects to ensure the business requirements of all areas of the Energy Products department have been addressed.

The successful candidate will have a University degree in Commerce, preference for a Management or Marketing Major and 3 to 5 years of experience in use and support of systems; petroleum and CRS experience are assets. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
