The IT Department is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager who will be accountable to evolve DirectWests business intelligence practice. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing tactical and strategic direction in business intelligence, data mining, and oversight of data governance and information quality.  This position will develop knowledge of underlying data by working collaboratively with representatives from across the organization and will assist in the creation of purpose-built business intelligence layers.  Responsibilities include improving data quality and designing or presenting insights to assist the business in making informed data-driven decisions, and providing leadership to a small team.
