Description

This is full time employment to commence February 6, 2016. We are seeking a competent, mature person to work in a fast-paced Specialist's office.  Must have superior organizational and time management skills, with  accuracy to details and the ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team. Typing and computer knowledge is a must. Medical terminology not essential.  To manage daily appointment schedules, prepare patient charts, check and update patient demographics, answer, screen, forward and return telephone calls, maintain recall and referral appointments, filing and some billing.  Courteous interaction with patients and office staff.  Reliable daily attendance expected.
