Our client, a well-respected financial firm, is searching for a full time office and Marketing Assistant, to join their team in Saskatoon.
The role will involve:
Preparation for client meetings, including ensuring all documentation and paperwork is ready.
Marketing and Event Management of the agency
Basic financial and office administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
Should be "tech" savvy, and not afraid of using technology
Must have an Office Admin or Business Admin Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
Should enjoy being part of a team
Friendly, Outgoing and Organized
Career Minded
Experience working in a financial setting is required.
Work setting: private sector
Salary and Benefits:
Commensurate with experience
Pay range: $18 - $22/hr.
