Specific Qualifications

Maintains and enhances the organizations Human Resources by conducting full-cycle Generalist duties from recruiting, workforce planning, gathering metrics, overseeing health and safety, and assessing employee relations and applying the appropriate human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management AND/OR minimum 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role
CHRP designation or working towards designation
Experience working with WCB and managing claims effectively
Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills
Experience juggling conflicting priorities and clients demands while successfully delivering on requested mandates
Demonstrate verbal and written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work well under pressure with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
