Description

JP's Place is Swift Current's long term youth home and operates under the umbrella of Fresh Start.  JP's Place provides a safe, supportive home to young males between 15-17 years that are in need of same.

The successful candidate will coach and mentor a team of dedicated staff providing service for youth in our home.  Demonstrated program planning and a high standard of client focus is required.  The Team Leader is responsible for staffing, budgeting, financial management, and general oversight of the home.

Three years Management experience, and education in the Human Services field are required.

The succcessful applicant will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and a Child Abuse Record Check prior to commencing employment.
