Description

Super Seed Inc. is a progressive, proudly independent agricultural retail business located near Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan.  We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager.

    The successful applicant must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
    Dealing directly with the customer, you will be required to deliver professional advice on agronomic solutions, sales, crop scouting, and other related matters.
    Research and respond to technical inquiries and questions from customers.
    Arrange for customer education opportunities that provide value.
    Inventory management and warehouse activities.
    Delivery of crop protection products and packaged seed to customers.
    Load out and weighing of bulk seed shipments.
    Arrange logistics of fertilizer deliveries to customers.
    Keep informed of competitor activities in the market area and recommend marketing program revisions.
    Analyze and maintain a record of customer product usage and requirements in order to identify and prioritize the customer base.

Qualifications:

    Experience in the agriculture industry supplemented by relevant education are assets.
    A commitment to ongoing learning and education is required.
    Self motivated with a competitive drive to seek out sales opportunities.
    Job task planning and organizational skills.
    Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills.
    Business minded and the ability to set goals and map plans to achieve them.
    Must possess a valid drivers license.
