Job Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Cypress Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.
As a team member, the Registered Nurse will participate in policy and program development, health education, and promotion and liaison with other health professionals/service sectors in the community
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)

Shifts consist of: 0800 - 1700
Geographic Location: Maple Creek
Expected Start Date: February 5, 2017
Expected Up To Date: February 4, 2018
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, On Call
112.00 hours per 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
