Redhead Equipment has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Invoicing Clerk at our Melfort location.
This position will be a temporary full time position with the expected duration of one year. You will be responsible for processing correspondence, greeting and assisting customers and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Receptionist duties also include, invoicing daily transactions, data entry, filing, daily deposit, and performing other administrative duties as required.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
- Minimum 2 years of invoicing experience
- Highly motivated team player with a friendly and outgoing manner
- Diligent and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
