Brick City Masonry Ltd is a small construction company specializing in installing brick, block and stone. We are looking for a self motivated and highly organized individual to help foster the growth of our company. The position is permanent and will start out part time but has the potential to grow to full time if desired.
Resposibilities include:
-Accounts payable/ receivable
-Payroll
-Bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
-GSTand other remittances
-Job costing with Quickbooks
-Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for various documentation
-Emailing, filing, and organizing different types of construction documents.
-Other duties as required
Skill Set
-Strong organizational skills
-Accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
-Self motivated and able to work independently
-Knowledge of and experience with Quickbooks, Excel , Word, Outlook and Windows
-Completion of Office Admin course or similar
-Payroll processing knowledge and experience
-Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge and experience
-Experience with accounts payable and knowledgeof accounting theory and procedures
Schedule and hours are negotiable. Wage is negotiable and dependent on experience. Benefits package available.
