Description

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to
perform the combined duties of receptionist and
bookkeeper.  

Primary duties will include but not limited to:

Greeting and interacting with clients
Phone reception
Filing and records management
Data Entry
Assisting with marketing
Basic bookkeeping duties
Will train to prepare standard tax returns

We are located in South Regina.

Initially, depending upon the candidates, these positions can be half-time to full-time.  

This position will be primarily weekdays during
the daytime, however some of the work can be done during the evenings and weekends.  Occasionally, weekend and/or evening shifts may be required during the tax season.

Our office is a CPA Accounting office that has a
major emphasis on business and corporate clients.  
We also have a major emphasis on mortgage
brokering, financial planning, and social media
strategies for small businesses and professionals.
