Ensuring FOH & BOH cleanliness and  orderly
Following all industry health and food safety standards
Responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained
Able to present themselves in a professional manner

Payroll
Food & Liquor costs
Inventory (food & Liquor)
Food & Liquor Orders
Guest Services & Satisfaction
Manage Staff
Scheduling Etc.
