The Five Hills Health Region, Pioneers Lodge, Moose Jaw is seeking a casual Out of Scope Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for management of the administration office and property for independent suites, as well as scheduling for resident care staff. This position works closely with the Director of Care for Pioneers on a daily basis.  Frequent and regular contact with the Finance Department, Payroll and Human Resources is necessary.

Full Time hours will be guaranteed for the first month of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS    
-Office Education Certificate
-Comparable combination of education and
experience would be considered
