Summary of Duties:
The position of Guest Relations is responsible for ensuring accurate admission, greeting, directing patrons, and helping ensure that patrons have a safe, pleasurable experience. This position is responsible to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and event attendees. They greet and direct guests upon arrival, answer guest questions; remaining polished and poised in all guest interactions. Other responsibilities include scanning tickets and checking for proper credentials when patrons enter the building; assisting customers to their seats by giving verbal directions and identifying the general area where the customers seats are located, watching for seating problems and handling lost items. They often act as a liaison between guests and other Evraz Place departments to meet and exceed customer needs.
Education and Experience:
Grade 12, GED or equivalent education and/or training and experience.
Previous experience providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Evraz Place buildings, policies and procedures.
Ability to solve problems and knowing when to escalate to a manager/supervisor.
Must be physically fit to be able to walk, climb stairs and stand for long periods of time on concrete.
Other:
Must be Nineteen (19) years of age.
