Meridian Manufacturing Inc. (MMI) in Regina manufactures top of the line grain augers, bins, conveyors, and movers which are sold coast to coast and around the world.
Job Summary:
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for providing day-day administrative support to the logistics team. Working closely with the logistics coordinator the clerk will assist with administrative tasks as required and act as the point of contact for truck driver shipments and receipts.
Core Responsibilities:
Paperwork associated with parts shipments
US commercial Paperwork
Logging and Matching Contracted Set-up paperwork with work orders for payment
Truck driver point of contact for shipments and receipts
Confirming shipments and verifying accuracy using in house logistics software
Supporting logistics coordinators as required
Education and Knowledge Required:
Minimum high school diploma or recognized equivalent with Office Administration course from a recognized college required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Experience and Technical Skills Required:
Minimum 6 months of clerical/administrative experience
Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience is required. Experience in a similar industry is desired.
