Jubilee Residences Inc. requires a casual Facility Assistant/Receptionist to provide coverage for reception offices at the Porteous and Stensrud Lodges as well as additional support within the Accounting Department. Hours of work will fluctuate throughout the year with the majority of hours within the Summer months. Approximately 600 -700 hours in year.
The Facility Assistant/Receptionist welcomes visitors, family, residents, tenants, public; managing resident and tenant information and accounts; managing cash. Reporting to the Manager of Accounting and Business, you will be responsible for all accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Recognized bookkeeping certificate/diploma is an asset
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
3-5 years experience in an administrative position, preferably at senior or assistant level with experience in accounts receivable.

Must be strong in English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working within a high-volume, time intensive organization
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
High working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Strong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detail.
Ability to work with distraction and within short timelines; without compromise to quality.
Professional, supportive and positive attitude in all interactions.
