Adecco is currently recruiting for a 6 week Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk contract in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a detail driver individual to represent Adecco in a small office setting. Candidates must be adaptable, dependable, and show initiative. To qualify for this accounting role, you must have previous experience with accounts payable and payroll duties. Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities include:
- Thorough knowledge of payroll rules and regulations
- Coding invoices
- Complete biweekly payroll including salaried and hourly employees
- Complete timesheets
- Data entry
- Experience with T4s considered an asset


Qualifications include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data Entry experience, with strong attention to detail
- 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Certificate, diploma, or degree relating to Accounting
- Positive attitude, flexible, and willingness to learn
- Any experience with Paymate, QuickBooks, or Simply Accounting would be an asset
