Willows Golf & Country Club is looking for a Human Resources Associate
We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving team. The Willows is currently looking for an HR Associate with 3 + years experience who will work closely with the Leadership team and employees.
In this role, you will assist with various HR functions. The Human Resources Associate plays a leadership role in the attraction and hiring of new talent while being an ambassador of our values. This role is an opportunity for a dynamic individual who is people-oriented; possesses excellent influencing skills and customer service combined with the ability to adapt to change and changing priorities. The position is aimed at increasing the efficiency of administrative operations, while fostering human resources initiatives in an effort to improve the quality of employment, and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
