Kneaded Gluten Free Bake Shop is looking for someone that shines when helping our customers, is reliable, trustworthy, an outstanding multitasker and fun to be around.
We love our customers, you must too!
You must be comfortable with serving/helping our customers, using an espresso machine, using a computer, handling cash/debt transactions and helping in a kitchen, you also thrive in a fast paced bakery environment. Both written and spoken English fluency is a must.
You are detailed orientated, highly organized, take pride in the work you do and the way you present yourself. You work well independently as well as know the importance of being a team player.
High energy is required; you will need to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and be on your feet for most of your shift.
Some of your duties will include but are not limited to: upholding a high standard of serving customers, preparing espresso based drinks, prepping/grilling paninis, cash/debt transactions, daily set up/clean up, regular upkeep of all work space, helping in the kitchen w dishes, prepping, restocking ingredients, packaging and whatever else help is needed.
It is a benefit to applicants that have their food handling safety certificate, and a willingness to attain is mandatory for those that don't.
Kneaded is a dedicated gluten free facility, please indicate on your application if you have any previous experience or knowledge of the Celiac
and/or gluten free lifestyle, those that don't no need to worry as long as you have the interest to learn.
Hours for this position are Tues-Fri 10-6:00PM, with occasional Sat. to fill in for existing staff.
