Online Marketing Managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and maintenance of Internet, Intranet and mobile applications to manage an organization's online presence including public relations, communications, commercial activities and social media management.
Main duties include, but not limited to the followings:
o Management of brand and independent websites, social media, smartphone apps, internet distribution channels and online assets to maximize SEO presence with online mediums.
o Implement social media program and smartphone apps that drive conversation through community engagement to maximize organic growth and brand loyalty.
o Work with all appropriate stakeholders to ensure keyword strategy matches product and customer destination focus while efficiently driving to targeted segments.
o Develop and create campaigns and ads using Baidu, WeChat, Tmall.com and taobao.com to drive customer acquisition, build brand and drive revenue.
o Collaborate with developer to enhance technology in support of site optimization.
o Work across e-Commerce and merchandising teams and other stakeholders to create and support content marketing efforts
o Identify and advise opportunities that will increase sales and marketing performance for search campaigns and the entire digital channel overall.
o Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
