Description

This position is responsible for an assortment of tasks that support the needs of multiple departments including AR/AP, QA/QC, H.R, purchasing, reception & production. The person chosen for this position will be able to prioritize, work efficiently and end up seeking additional ways that they can help the business to succeed.
Job duties include tasks such as:
    Create spreadsheets and documents
    Coordination, labor balancing &Submittal of payroll
    Processing payables & receivables
    Maintaining database information
    Answering phones & greeting guests
    Monitoring processes & ensuring data integrity
    Creating & submitting Quality Control / technical Documents
    Purchasing office supplies and consumables
Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn and adapt to our company ERP & payroll software, a minimum of 3 years office experience preferably combined with a certification in office education.
