Staffmax is currently seeking a After Market Compressor Sales in Regina.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned:
Increase service revenues and margins by establishing new service contracts, service plans and parts business
Improve upon and increase customer loyalty
Travel daily to visit customers
To move our customers to our higher service plans
Recommendation of further products and services
Provide technical knowledge to assist customers
and employees as needed, and have access to reference materials to ensure appropriate completion of all work
Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers
Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and telephone support
Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of work
Collaborate on sold services, service quotes, and maintenance contracts
Identify and quote accurate parts and services to customers in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely invoicing to customers
Collaborate with involved departments to resolve escalated problems
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
Participate in positive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Maintain a professional appearance
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
High level of customer service skills as well as the ability to respond quickly to service/parts calls
Thorough understanding of systems troubleshooting and the benefits of establishing solid service practices for the company and the customer
Advanced knowledge of compressed air systems
Must be motivated and personable with a serious work ethic
Must work effectively with little to no supervision
WAGE and BENEFITS:
$50-60,000 plus commission
