Habitat for Humanity Regina is a non-profit organization that works to break the cycle of poverty through affordable homeownership for hard-working, low-income families. We are looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic and professional leader for the role of volunteer coordinator.
Duties include
- Recruit, schedule and oversee volunteers on both build site and Restore
- Greeting volunteers at build site, ensure waivers are completed, prepare for coffee breaks, order, pickup and setup for lunches
- Liase with build team, fund development and restore
- Monitor volunteer experience
- Represent habitat at community events
- Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, volunteer groups, corporate groups and community organizations
Periodic travel is required. Require drivers abstract and criminal record check.
