6 Heavy Equipment Operators Needed

Full-time seasonal work from April 1, 2017 until November 30, 2017 in Saskatoon, SK

$25.00 to 27.00 per hour to start depending on experience plus benefits: disability, medical and dental insurance available after 3 month probation. Subsequent increases based on performance.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience with operating heavy equipment on road/parking lot construction projects. Must have experience as a Grader, Skidsteer Operator and/or Roller Operator. Must have secondary education or equivalent and a valid drivers license. All employees must be able to pass drug and alcohol screenings and have good communication skills in the English language.

Work on road and parking lot construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
-    Operates Grader, Skidsteer and/or Roller
-    Completes jobs to desired grade prior to paving
-    Strong knowledge of road building, asphalt and paving operation
-    Must be safety oriented and exhibit safe work habits
-    Conducts pre-operational checks on equipment
-    Cleans and lubricates equipment
-    Maintains a valid drivers license
-    Preform miscellaneous activity throughout the daily operations
