FINISHING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Our Finishing Production Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, organizing and supervising the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials for our paint line and product assembly processes.

Success Requires:

A passionate, dynamic leader capable of achieving results.

    5 8 years' progressive experience within a manufacturing or industrial shop
    2 plus years' experience leading 10 or more employees, directing activity and troubleshooting problems
    Knowledge of paint line and/or automotive assembly processes
    Related trades certifications, courses or diploma from a recognized post-secondary school is a significant asset.
        Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
    Must have a positive, professional attitude; good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, time and priority management are necessary.
    Ability to use measurement tools; read and work with production work orders, blueprints, and diagrams
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a significant asset.

Your Objective:

    Plan, organize, delegate and direct work flow in the department
    Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment; troubleshoot machine or production problems
    Participate in first-part processes, assisting with optimal programming and process flow
    Build employee relations; coach for positive performance and conduct employee evaluations
