Extreme Pita Now Hiring for Full Time Shift Supervisor Position
Must Have at least 1 year Restaurant experience
Must be available to work day evening and weekends
Duties includes but not limited to
Performs Cash-In Procedure and counting closing cash and cash balancing at the end of shift
Prepares food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner on well sanitize work station
Checks products in prep. Unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image. Understands and adheres to the 3-step method for cleaning.
Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Extreme Pita Uniform code
Performs weekly Inventory count and enter in system
Effectively open or close store according to business hours
