The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership of the overall Human Resources function in a unionized environment. All recruitment, onboarding, talent management and training and development activities will be coordinated by the Human Resources Manager. The occupational health and safety portfolio of the company is also a responsibility of the Human Resource Manager.
Qualifications: University Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Administration or equivalent relevant work experience, minimum 2 years of demonstrated strength in H/R.
Strength in the leading/guiding people, exceptional communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is required.
